Marjan Pipenbaher was honored by the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Mr. Borut Pahor, with the state award of Silver Order of Merit for outstanding achievements in the field of bridge design and construction.

The award ceremony took place in the Presidential Palace in Ljubljana on August 30, 2022.
